Dual-Mesh Technology: The New Standard for Precision Nebulization

Our nebulizer is based on advanced technology featuring a dual mesh membrane driven by a precise piezoelectric element. This unique system generates high-frequency vibrations that create a highly efficient pumping function. The inhalation solution is gently pushed through thousands of microscopic openings in both membranes, converting it into an aerosol with ideal particle size. The pores in our membranes are many times thinner than a human hair, guaranteeing the production of an ultra-fine mist that is barely visible to the naked eye.

Exceptionally Fine Mist for Deep and Effective Inhalation

The EquiAirLite Dual-Mesh Nebulizer has been optimized for maximum drug bioavailability. It ensures:

• Optimal Particle Size: With an average particle size (MMAD) of approx. 5 µm, the aerosol directly reaches the lower respiratory tract, acting exactly where it is needed most.

• High Performance: The device features an outstanding nebulization rate of up to 2.5 ml/min (average: 1.2 ml/min), which shortens inhalation time while maintaining full effectiveness.

• Ideal Therapy Capacity: The medication reservoir holds up to 50 ml of liquid, allowing for a complete inhalation session without the need for refilling.

The completely silent operation ensures the animal's comfort and calmness during inhalation, eliminating stress. The nebulization process is a "cold" process, which protects sensitive active ingredients and allows for the use of almost any preparation approved for inhalation. The leak-proof design of our Dual-Mesh Nebulizer ensures that not a single drop of valuable liquid is wasted.

Note: For hygienic reasons and to avoid cross-contamination, we recommend using a separate nebulizer for each horse and for different types of inhalation solutions.

Notice: The Dual-Mesh Nebulizer is a consumable part; its lifespan depends on the frequency of use and the type of liquids used. To ensure proper function and a long service life, please strictly follow the instructions in the user manual. With daily use of approx. 20 ml of 0.9% NaCl, the typical lifespan of a nebulizer unit is 30 days.
