How long does it usually take for an order to arrive? Generally, we ship orders within 1–2 business days after receiving payment. Delivery via DHL or DPD within Germany usually takes an additional 1–2 business days.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery? If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification card. You can then either arrange a new delivery date or pick up the package at a nearby post office branch.
