Here you will find the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the EquiAirLite online shop. We value transparency and want to ensure that you feel secure when purchasing our innovative horse inhalers.

1. Scope of Application

These GTC apply to all orders placed by consumers and entrepreneurs (§ 13 / § 14 BGB - German Civil Code) via our online shop. Conflicting terms of the customer will not be recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity.

2. Contractual Partner

Sales contracts are concluded with TRANDADEV UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

  1. The product representations in the shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

  2. By clicking the button "Order with obligation to pay", you submit a binding purchase offer.

  3. We accept your offer within two business days by:

    • sending an order confirmation via email, or

    • delivering the goods, or

    • requesting payment via the selected payment service.

      The applicable alternative is determined by the event that occurs first.

4. Prices and Payment Conditions

All prices are listed in Euro and include the applicable statutory VAT. Any additional shipping costs will be clearly indicated during the ordering process. The following payment methods are available:

  • Advance payment (bank transfer)

  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard)

  • PayPal

  • Sofortüberweisung / Klarna

5. Shipping and Delivery Conditions

We deliver exclusively via shipping routes within Germany and the European Union. Self-collection is not possible. Information on delivery times can be found in the product description. Shipments to Packstationen (parcel lockers) are excluded. The transfer of risk occurs upon delivery to the consumer; for entrepreneurs, it occurs upon delivery to the transport company.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the last goods.

  • Consequences of withdrawal: We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, immediately and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction.

  • Return costs: You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

The statutory warranty rights apply (§§ 434 et seq. BGB). In addition, the batteries of our inhalers come with a six-month warranty; wear parts are excluded from this.

  • Return costs: You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, limb, or health. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to typically foreseeable damage. Otherwise, liability is excluded. Claims under the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.

10. Storage of the Contract Text

We do not store the contract text permanently in a freely accessible form. After conclusion of the contract, you will receive an order confirmation by email containing all contract data and these GTC.

12. Online Dispute Resolution and Consumer Arbitration

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For contracts with registered merchants (Kaufleuten), the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Essen; statutory provisions regarding exclusive places of jurisdiction remain unaffected.

14. Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of this contract be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The parties undertake to replace the invalid provision with a valid one that comes closest to the economic purpose intended.

15. Medical Disclaimer

Our products are intended for the general care and well-being of horses. They are not medical products within the meaning of the law and do not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Please use the devices exclusively in accordance with the instruction manual and veterinary recommendations.
